Network problems

Unfortunately but you can hardly find a place in Russia where you have stable and fast internet connection. And it doesn't even depend on the size of the city, in Moscow there are the same problems. You may have pretty fast connection (and pretty expensive), but it won't be stable.
Myself, about a year ago I subscribed for ADSL, and before that I would use a simple dial-up internet.
ADSL is pretty fast, but sometimes it just doesn't work, as yesterday for instance.
