Little differences

So I'm continuing 'Little differences' set and today I would like to demonstrate a typical Russian or actually Soviet can opener. This is a picture of an opener I took from my grandmothers kitchen, this thing is still in use so I had to give it back (: Most people in Russia have to use this (pretty ugly) tool, because can which are sold in Russia usually can't be opened without it, unless it's a sprat can or an exported can with a key.
I would really appreciate pics of your own tools for the same purpose! I don't mean pics from net, that would be really nice to see actual stuff from you (:
And certainly new ideas for everyday little differences are very very welcome! (((:
